I purchased five rental properties in the Atlanta area with Denise as agent. Buying rental properties is competitive and requires rapid, informed decision making. It is particularly challenging since I did not live in Atlanta at the time. Denise is an extremely competent real estate agent. We set target location, price, repair investment, and other criteria. She creatively and persistently found candidate properties. When we decided to pursue one, she was expertly competent at the offer, negotiation, contracting, inspection, and closing processes. While there are other agents that are competent, Denise has two attributes that set her apart. First, she really worked at meeting my needs. Second, she was wonderfully honest.
